By proceeding to purchase our service you consent that we may require some of your personal data, in order to complete a booking for you or for billing purposes. In 2018 the European Parliament and Council implemented the most significant change in data privacy regulations in 20 years, which is the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). - Steam and Spray Treatments Guarantee Terms
Our company provides a guarantee of two free spray treatments, in case that we do not manage to completely exterminate the bed bugs with three steam and spray treatments beforehand, with a waiting period of 2-3 weeks in-between the treatments. For the first three steam and spray treatments, every next treatment is 40% off the previous one. Two free treatments are guaranteed as a fourth and fifth treatment. In case that we have already carried out 5 treatments, every next treatment after the 5th one is £100 pounds minimum charge. Please note that this guarantee is valid only for a period of 3 months after the last treatment. In case that you have a re-introduction of bed bugs in not less than 3 months from the last treatment, we charge full price for the service. Having no bed bugs for 3 months or more is a clear indication of complete extermination.
